Summary

Hope is the oil of Hope and Overcoming. Hope lifts one up from the darkest places into the light. Whatever the experiences were that have led to our despairing beliefs, Hope can serve as a scaffold to keep us strong as we let go of old limiting beliefs and push through that which may appear to be insurmountable.
