Cilantro is the oil of Releasing Control. Cilantro oil invites us to be more relaxed and free flowing. When we try to control things that we really don’t have control over, we generally get resistance and tension. This applies to people and everything else in the universe!
Often the subconscious false belief that leads to the need to be ‘controlling’ is that you believe you’re alone and that you feel you’re not in control of things. Perhaps, you feel you’re the only one who cares about doing things right! Holding onto this limited, rigid state of mind will create unnecessary stress in your mind, body, and spirit. This stress can affect your many relationships too.
Physical Manifestations: heavy metal, detoxing, bad breath, digestive concerns, detox liver, kidneys, body odor, gas, bloating, constipation, seasonal threats, environmental threats, and anxious feelings.
Negative Emotions: controlling, negative thinking and believing, confined, limited, obsessive and compulsive, clingy, worried, trapped, perfectionism, and conditional happiness.
Possible Negative Beliefs and Thoughts to Release:
• I am not lovable. I am not enough.
• I am fundamentally flawed.
• Life is hard, tough, not fun, chaotic, etc.
Positive Emotions: cleansed, free, liberated, unattached, pacified, tranquil, at peace, and content.
New Enlightened Beliefs and Thoughts to Adopt:
• God is in control.
• God wants us to be happy and makes it possible for us to be happy.
• I fully trust the divine processes of God.
Affirmations (Enlightened Declarations):
♥ I am unattached to outcomes.
♥ With God, I am in control of what I am entrusted to control.
♥ I can choose to be happy regardless of the situation.
Actions: Apply to the bottom of the feet morning and night, especially the big toes to help cleanse the brain and support the body’s natural ability to remove toxins and heavy metals. Take 1-2 drops in a capsule to support the body’s ability to cleanse fungus and make your breath smell better. Apply to the bottom of feet to assist the body’s natural ability to detox organs.
