Summary

Cypress is the oil of Motion and Flow. Cypress is a fast-growing evergreen tree. It grows well in wet areas. Cypress invites you to keep making progress and continue to move forward at the right speed for you.

We sometimes hold ourselves back and feel stuck because we are scared of the unknown, newness, or something different. Sometimes we are even afraid of success and our own greatness. Identify that fear through the fear setting activity (found in the Energy Balancing with Faith book) and resolve the fears quickly. You are a victor and should not let anything hold you back. Do not remain caught up in the fears, imagined or real.
