Black Spruce is the oil of Stability and Overcoming. Whenever we use evergreen tree oils we are invited to link back to family and generations. Whatever you can heal within you will also heal generations before and after you.
Black Spruce invites us to let go of darkness and connect to the strengths of God. Stop using the pain of the past and past family discord as excuses to stop you from moving forward and making a difference in the world. No matter what the heartaches and traumas are, the heart compass within us can still point us back to our divine center, which is God and happiness.
Physical Manifestations: cellular protection, muscles, cartilage, aches, joints, connective tissues, spasms, circulation, adrenal exhaustion, fatigue, respiratory support, lightens skin discoloration, hormone support, healthy blood level support, thyroid, post trauma support, testosterone balancing, immune boosting, and penetrates the blood brain barrier.

Actions: Dilute and apply Black Spruce on the spine, back, thyroid area, feet, ankles, tummy. Smell and apply on especially after a traumatic experience to diffuse the energy.
⚠︎Attention: Bornyl acetate found in Black Spruce oil (15-45%) may inhibit the enzyme tyrosinase which produce melanin, the dark brown pigment responsible for darkening the skin. Bornyl acetate also helps modulate the maternal-fetal interface for immune balance to support a healthy pregnancy. So, be wise during those sensitive times of development. This oil is not labeled for internal consumption.
