Fennel is the oil of Responsibility and Personal Power. Fennel reminds us that we do have the power within to be fully accountable for our choices, thoughts, actions, and results in life. Often, people are not aware that they are subconsciously giving their power away through blame because of a subconscious victim mentality. Your weakened sense of self can be strengthened with the new belief that you have the power to heal and resolve your own problems. You can change and succeed. We have more control and power than we realize.

Fennel helps us balance the energy of responsibility for ourselves and others. When the youngest child in the family needs Fennel, it can help them re-establish their identity and belief patterns about their abilities. They don’t need to feel unempowered, helpless, ‘less than’ or ‘behind' their siblings and others anymore. Now they can be just as good at things just like their siblings. They can have strength and even be different in new ways to their family members.
