Each year, I understand the Law of Authenticity a little deeper. At its heart, it's simple: Know your true identity, honor who God created you to be, and watch good things begin to flow into your life. Just be yourself—fully, courageously, unapologetically.
When you're authentic:
You move forward with courage, even amid distractions.
You know deep down you are a beloved child of God, carrying immense divine potential.
You live with passion, power, and purpose—creating your own unique successes.
You protect your inner truth, gently declining influences that don't feel right.
You love and accept yourself fully—and others naturally come to love and accept the real you too.
Here are gentle, practical ways to grow into more of your true self:
1. Know you are a child of God. Pray often, connect deeply with Him. Let that divine relationship anchor everything.
2. Trust the power and noble purpose within you. Stay humble, follow quiet inspirations, and act in faith.
3. Understand that lasting happiness and peace come only through authenticity. Honor and accept yourself—no comparisons, no masks.
4. Develop authenticity over time. Pray and meditate for divine guidance. Use essential oils and enlightened affirmations to shift old patterns and evolve step by step.
Mother Teresa lived this law so purely. She knew exactly who she was and what she was called to do. She focused with unwavering passion and purpose, never swayed by others' opinions or definitions of "success." She didn't compare or seek to impress—she simply stayed faithful. God qualified her for the work. I strive for that same focus: Follow the heart, take one guided step at a time, and trust the details will unfold.
Joan of Arc is another inspiration. With little formal education, she relied on vertical truth—direct divine direction—rather than horizontal knowledge alone. She trusted what God placed in her heart, acted with integrity, and changed history. These examples remind us: You don't need to know everything now. What you have is enough. God adds line upon line as you need it.
We live in a world full of books, experts, and information—horizontal truth. It's valuable, but we can study endlessly without ever arriving at deep wisdom.
“Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” (2 Timothy 3:7)
Vertical truth is different—direct heavenly power, direction, and wisdom from God. It's the still small voice, the heart-compass, the divine downloads that guide us when human knowledge falls short. When we prioritize vertical truth—seeking God first—we gain clarity, courage, and the power to live authentically.
You don't walk this path alone. Divine assistance is always near, and essential oils are beautiful earthly helpers—positive, uplifting energies that support alignment.
These oils gently help you connect to your true self (inhale deeply, apply over heart, or diffuse during prayer/meditation):
Jasmine: Pure intentions; fosters sincerity and emotional clarity.
Coriander: Inner guidance; helps you trust your own divine compass.
Juniper Berry: Dreaming; opens vision for your highest purpose.
Lavender: Expressive; encourages authentic voice and calm self-expression.
Lime: Engaged; brings zest, presence, and joyful participation in life.
Bergamot: Confidence; uplifts self-worth and banishes self-doubt.
Smell one at a time, allow the positive emotion to fill you, then move to the next. Over time, they help rewrite limiting beliefs and anchor you in truth.
Like any divine law, ignoring authenticity brings consequences—not as punishment, but as loving signals to course-correct:
Persistent unhappiness and lack of joy
Feelings of rejection, hurt, or disconnection
Loss of motivation, depression, feeling lost
Lack of true abundance
Physical or emotional sickness
We break this law when we:
Give our power away through blame, excuses, or omission
Ignore inner promptings and inspirations
Stay passive, letting life happen to us instead of acting with faith
Forget or deny our divine identity and inner power
These are invitations to return—gently, lovingly—to who you really are.
When you honor your authentic self, your world comes into harmony. All things begin working together for your good. You live with passion, power, and purpose—not striving to impress, but simply being faithful to the quiet call within.
My friend, you already carry everything needed: divine identity, potential, guidance, love. Surrender the masks, trust the process, and step forward as you. God qualifies those He calls—and He has called you.
You are enough, right now. Let authenticity unfold. The joy, peace, and miracles that follow are beautiful beyond words.
Keep shining—your true self is a gift to the world.
